This creates a silhouette with infinite expandability of space. Also, the sacred spiritual space is imagined and materialized visually to reinterpret and express the clean and colorful spectrum of a celadon’s jade green by finishing with crystalline glaze. This piece is my little ‘utopia’, which is a visualization of the unknown universe, great nature, and invisible world of quantum mechanics through imagination. It is like the spirituality that is manifested in a human’s self-realization facing the agony of life. It is like a meditative self-portrait, trying to discover the meaning of an independent life that pursues ideal self through spiritual practices to develop individual’s inner life such as meditation, prayer, or contemplation.
